Running Accomplishments:

ran, i have ran my whole life.

fastest mile that i can remember , 8th grade, 6:49

everything after that, not so good.

running for speed as never been a concept for me, I ran because it was time to myself, refelection, meditation. It was what made me whole.

I stopped, my life feel to pieces and since then it has been two years of hafl invested trying that only met failure, but i am finally ready to take it slow, listen, rebalance and continue.

Short-Term Running Goals:

run every day. sometimes twice

i run around a 8.7 or 9.2 if i am running more than a few.

i want to get my average speed down to about 6:45/mile

and my PR mile to 6:00 ish

I am not sure what i am capeable of after so many injuries, and hope to refine these numbers as i get closer to them

Long-Term Running Goals:

qualify for boston

run a marathon at least once every 4 months and 5k and 10k's sprinkled between that.

I want running to become an integral part of my life again, like it was. I dont want to schedule it in, I want it to be why i wake up.

Personal:

married:no

children: no

student: for the rest of my life.

I want to climb the andes moutntains.
